Independent guide · Updated October 2026
If your withdrawal is stuck: stop depositing, save all evidence, contact your wallet provider through its official app or helpline, and file a cybercrime complaint. Do not pay any “unlock fee” or “tax” to release your balance.
How P999 deposits work
Deposits are usually made through JazzCash, Easypaisa or a bank transfer. Instead of paying a named company, you are typically shown a personal mobile account or a payment link run by an aggregator. These numbers often change between deposits. Once money is sent, there is no licensed operator responsible for it.
In October 2026 the FIA reported that mobile wallet operators had closed more than 100 aggregator accounts linked to gambling payments. When accounts like these are closed, deposits and payouts linked to them can be delayed or lost.
Common reasons P999 withdrawals get stuck
- Turnover / wagering requirements: you must bet a multiple of your deposit or bonus before withdrawing.
- Minimum withdrawal limits that rise as your balance grows.
- “Verification” or “risk control” holds with no time limit.
- Payment channel problems when collection accounts are frozen.
- Requests for an extra payment (fee, tax, VIP upgrade) to release funds. This is a common scam signal.
Step-by-step: what to do now
- Stop depositing. Adding money to “unlock” a withdrawal rarely works.
- Collect evidence: screenshots of your balance, withdrawal requests, chat with support, and every transaction ID and receiver number from JazzCash/Easypaisa/bank SMS.
- Contact your wallet provider using only the helpline or in-app support shown in the official JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank app. Report the receiving accounts.
- File a cybercrime complaint with Pakistan’s cybercrime authority, and report the app or website to PTA. Links are on our help page.
- Beware of “recovery agents”. People who contact you offering to recover your money for a fee are very often scammers too.
- Secure your phone: uninstall the APK, change your wallet PIN, and review app permissions.
Can I get my money back?
Honestly, it is difficult. Because the platform is unlicensed, there is no ombudsman or regulator to order a refund. Reporting quickly gives the best chance that receiving accounts are frozen, and it helps authorities act against the network.
